Responsibilities
Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Responsibilities
- Learn a variety of tasks related to Accounting, such as:
- Annual Company Stock Purchase
- Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Processing
- Multi-State Sales and Use Tax Reconciliation
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Multi-State Unclaimed Property Compliance
- Accounting System Vendor Maintenance
- Strong oral/written communication and computer skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
Customer Service
