SEASONAL RECEPTIONIST
Schlaupitz Madhavan is a full-service professional accounting firm with offices in Troy, Southfield and Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a result of our continued growth, we have an opening for the new position of Seasonal Receptionist at our office in Troy.
Schedule:
Seasonal - Monday-Thursday 9a – 3p, January 20th – April 15th
This is an important, hands-on position reporting to the Executive Administrator. The successful candidate will have responsibilities including:
· Greeting and assisting clients who come into the office
· Keep reception area stocked with supplies for clients
· Answering incoming phone calls from clients on a multi-line system
· Schedule client meetings for all client executives
· Generate invoices to mail daily or as needed
· Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, UPS & Fed Ex
· Organize tax returns for client pick up
The successful candidate will have the following important qualities:
· Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving
· Organizational and written/verbal communications skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Positive customer service attitude with both internal and external clients
Minimum requirements include:
· 1 years of recent administrative support experience
· Proficient with Microsoft software and other programs include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
