What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Schlotzsky's?
Schlotzsky's is hiring for Team Leader!
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for learning both kitchen and cashier job responsibilities, then assisting those departments to keep the shift running smooth. Team Leaders will be asked to enforce cash control policies and assist with daily checklists. Learning Drive Thru and being comfortable in that position is a very important piece of the job as well.
Schlotzsky's is a fun, upbeat, work environment. We pride ourselves on product quality and A guest service.
We offer many advancement opportunities to become an Assistant or General Manager if so desired.
Night & weekend availability is required for the Team Leader position.
Previous management experience is not required - If you have held additional responsibility at a previous job and have a great personality we are confident that you will be developed in to a strong management person for us.
