Description
Product Claims
• Receive and validate product claims reports from Sales Team
• Analyze and draft responses to product claims reports
• Coordinate product claims resolutions with Sales Team
• Enter data from product claims reports into Product Claims Database
Technical Inquiries
• Receive and validate technical inquiries from Sales, Marketing, and Education Teams
• Respond to technical inquiries, with assistance from Product Development Team and/or Director of Technical Services when required
• Draft TINA Database entries for common questions and technical updates
• Respond to requests for product information to support local building code approvals
Project Recommendations and Warranties
• Receive and validate requests for projects recommendations and warranties
• Analyze and draft responses to these requests
• Document history and responses in Product Recommendations and Warranties Database
• Draft documentation to fulfill request and send once approved by Director of Technical Services
Other
• Participate in development of new and improvement of existing Technical Services processes
• Participate in Schluter business development projects as required
• Occasional travel
• Special projects as requested by management.
• Represent Schluter Systems in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters
Requirements
• College degree preferred
• Work experience in data entry
• Work experience in technical field
• General computer skills (e.g. database, email) Microsoft
• Experience with Lotus Notes preferred
• Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivated, detail oriented professional with strong organizational skills
