Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty, a real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a full-time Agent Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide exceptional service to our real estate agents to support them in their daily business
- and handling daily operations of the office as directed by the Sales Manager, including but not limited to, Listing Coordination, Closing Coordination, organizing filing systems, etc.
- Multi-line phone system

Requirements
This position requires organizational skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and superior customer service, the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment and a willingness to take on new challenges. Preferred candidates will have a minimum 2 years related experience in an office environment.
Due to regulations a background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Salary: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
