Junior Attorney

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in contract drafting. This role involves extensive client and opposing party interactions, making effective communication through phone and email a key requirement. $85,000 - $100,000 DOE

• Drafting contracts (AIA, construction, and other types); and other agreements (such as cell phone tower licenses with all major carriers, management agreements, etc.)
• Drafting opinion letters concerning the interpretation of governing documents and local laws
• Commercial Financing Transactions such as mortgage refinances
• Employment law issues such as employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and severance agreements
• Drafting letters to residents
• Discrimination cases  
• Attending community meetings and community Board meetings
• Client contact and interaction
• Drafting Real Estate contracts

• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients
• Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the bar exam

• 1-3 years of relevant law firm experience is required
