Client Systems Analyst

As the Client Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for support and configuration of the client server software applications and will a technical liaison for client-facing departments. This position will work directly with the appropriate departments to utilize applications to their fullest extent. In this role, you will also be responsible for training, maintenance, and development of enhancements to the various systems.

The Client Systems Analyst position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Information Technology.

You Will…

• Support the client server applications to include but not limited to: CCH Pro System fx Engagement, PPC Checkpoint Audit and Tax Tools, CCH Axcess Tax, Suralink Client Portals, Amelio Workflow Application, Docusign, Tax Caddy Client Tax Application, Document Retention, SurePrep Tax Processing and AICPA Dynamic Audit Solution
• Work closely with the Client Systems Administrator on projects, tasks, and support incidents
• Administer client server systems upgrades and releases to include but not limited to installation, testing, training, maintenance, and go-live
• Serve as a primary contact for vendors for client server systems
• Assist with end user and system documentation for all client server systems 
• Work with practice units to develop best practices and processes for all client server systems
• Maintain data integrity for all client server systems and related data supplied to the data warehouse application
• Research additional client server systems/applications and make recommendations to management
• Stay up to date on professional services firm client server systems technology trends and standards 
• Communicate and keep IT department up to date on software upgrades and maintenance, through training and documentation

You Will Have…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field is required
• Minimum one year of related experience is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project, etc.) is preferred

Exceptional Candidates Will Have…

• Experience with CPA applications/systems is strongly preferred
• Experience with reporting tools and/or SQL is preferred
• Experience creating documentation of technical issues and solutions as well as writing technical articles describing problem resolutions is preferred
