What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Transformation Leader - Downstream Planning position at Schneider Electric?

In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, with a strong focus on supply planning and continuous improvement. You will play a key part in driving the plant's success and achieving operational objectives. What will you do?
• Implement ETO standard processes in the plant for comprehensive planning scope
o Coach and educate plant planning staff on the value of standard processes
o Provide support during deployment phases and foster a culture of continuous improvement
o Foster the SPS spirit, encouraging curiosity, a can-do attitude, and best practice sharing
• Develop and establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation
o Make the SPS a planning animation system in the plant
o Define yearly ambitions with Plant GM and monitor the plant improvement plan
• Implement operational techniques and activities for reliable setup monitoring
o Monitor service level, lead time, and forecast accuracy
• Follow up the planning transformation action plan to align with plant objectives
o Focus on critical improvements and ensure momentum for expected results
o Support the planning manager in making necessary changes and alert the Plant Transformation Leader in case of deviations
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Management
• 5 years of experience in leadership role in Operations or Supply Chain Planning
• End to End view with the ability to define and deploy std processes for all plants functions.
• Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management
• Team player - Team builder (functional leadership)
• Project management
