What will you do?
Optimizes work breakdown structure, production rates, process improvement and technical review to hand off to mfg.
Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
Conduct process audits and reviews to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve processes and products.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Familiarity with manufacturing software, strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, coach and mentor junior engineers, and communicate effectively with other departments
Who will you report to?
- Manager, Prefab Commissioning Team
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
