Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and ocular health.
- Diagnose and treat visual disorders, refractive errors, and ocular diseases.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids as needed.
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and lifestyle factors.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and treatment modalities in optometry.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as an Optometrist.
- Strong clinical skills with proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
