This leader would perform multiple tasks from analyzing trends, data reporting, coaching drivers through performance improvement, and conducting training with drivers. Responsibilities:
- Leads and conducts dedicated onboarding training for new drivers to account.
- Reviews each accident and injury on the account and do an accident or injury analysis with a recommended action plan.
- Weekly reporting of account trends and meet with the account leadership group to review and provide suggested actions for improvement and recognition.
- Responsible for working directly with the curriculum development team to design advanced training modules.
Skills and qualifications:
- TWIC card required
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years Prior Driver Trainer Experience
- Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
- Demonstrates excellent performance as Driver Trainer.
