Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
- Manage daily office operations, entering employee payroll, work with payroll company.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and clerical tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records to ensure easy access to information.
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries politely and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and project management.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Prior experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to type quickly and accurately. Strong math skills.
