Schoen's Roofing is currently seeking honest, hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our traveling sales team to work with property owners and insurance companies on restoring properties from wind and hail damage. This person is a go-getter and enjoys working with their customers one-on-one throughout the entire phase of production. Our team is goal oriented and are committed to our customers every need. Your primary responsibilities as a Schoen's Roofing Sales Rep, will be to work directly with the homeowners as well as the insurance companies to determine damage to the property, scope of repairs, bids and estimates. You MUST oversee each job to the homeowner's satisfaction and collect payment.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to travel to affected storm areas. Some weekends depending on weather.
- Must be presentable with strong social/people skills.
- Able to sell and close contracts.
- Able to perform roof inspections.
- Able to assist homeowners with Insurance Claims for property damage due to storms.
- Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, prepare material and work orders.
- Able to process, sell and manage your projects from start to finish.
- Sales experience in the Roofing industry is highly desired but not required.
- Must have the ability to think on your feet, work independently, multi-task and keep up with a fast paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma
- Experience with Acculynx and Hover is a plus.
We provide a 6-week training period for new Sales Representatives. To be successful, you must be willing to learn our method of sales. We will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)

Uncapped Commission/Salary: Ranges from $75,000 - $200,000
