We are looking for a Part-Time RN. 2-3 days per week with Full-Time potential.
Responsibilities:
- Round with Physicians
- Review Charts
- Prepare and Upload Documentation for Physicians
- Working with Pharmacy regarding gradual dose reductions
- Assuring concerns are addressed
- Track physician visits
- Upload Histories and Physicals
- Upload consents
- Would fill in for wound nurse if nurse is on vacation
- Assist with other tasks as needed
