Would You Like to Work While the Kids are in School? Cafeteria Workers NeededWe are looking for dependable, hard-workers to be full-time Food Service Technicians in Catholic schools. New Technicians will be employed as entry level Trainee working 7 hours daily (35 hours weekly), Monday-Friday. Must be able to work between 6 : 30am and 2 : 30pm. The starting rate of pay is $13.00 / hour with a raise to $13.50. / hour after successfully completing training. Employees are eligible for full benefits, including 90% paid health insurance, vision and dental insurance, long and short-term disability, critical illness / accident coverage, life insurance and retirement / 401k after one month of full-time employment. Must have an acceptable criminal background check and drug screenMust be able to lift 30 pounds without assistanceMust be able to stand for 4 hours without a break and prolonged standing all shiftMust be able to perform physical tasks required to mop, sweep and clean the kitchen, dining room, equipment and utensilsMust be able to arrive on time and work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 : 30 a.m. and 2 : 30 p.m.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English languageMust be able to do basic math and measurements associated with cookingMust be able to handle raw foods, including raw meat, poultry and fishMust be able to work with strong cleaning chemicalsMust present a neat, clean appearance and comply with uniform and dress codeMust be able to work successfully with coworkersMust be able to withstand environmental extremes of heat, cold and dampnessMust be able to work at a very fast pace in a physically demanding jobMust maintain ethical standards for working in a Catholic School environment.
