Evening shifts (2 PM – 9/10 PM) Saturdays required, occasional Sundays for events

School of Rock West Hartford is on the hunt for a Studio Coordinator — the face, voice, and vibe of our school. You're the first person students and families meet when they walk in, and your energy will shape every experience they have.
If you love music, thrive in organized chaos, and are passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive community, this could be your perfect gig. Bonus points if you play guitar, drums, bass, keys, or sing — but even if you don't, as long as you love music, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the front desk – Greet every student and parent with positive energy and professionalism.
- Manage the flow – Keep the day-to-day running smoothly: scheduling, phones, emails, billing, and more.
- Be a culture leader – Maintain a fun, welcoming, and inclusive vibe for everyone who enters.
- Support the team – Help with scheduling instructors, organizing events, and ensuring staff have what they need.
- Step up as manager-on-duty – Act as the General Manager’s right hand and take charge when they’re not on-site.
- Handle the hustle – Solve problems on the fly and make sure the show always goes on.
- Celebrate the music – Stay engaged with student progress and get excited about upcoming gigs, shows, and performances.
