Fish Window Cleaning is the largest window cleaning company in the world and the Pittsburgh North operation is looking for a salesperson to continue the growth. You will be selling window-cleaning services to retail locations and residential customers that are one to three stories tall. You will be meeting different people everyday that all have dirty windows. Because we are the largest and the best window cleaning company, you will have many benefits to offer prospective customers including the most basic one; A free estimate.
You meet people face to face, so the outcomes are more exciting and diverse than from what you are used to in a repetitive call center environment. The salary is comprised of a commission and base salary, so it doesn’t change when you land more accounts. Window cleaning is a year-round necessity so there are no slow times in selling and no “gaps” in pay. We don’t work long hours, and we don’t work weekends. Our business provides time for our families, because our priorities are in focus. We start early, work hard, and finish on time. • Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies and property management companies.
• Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
• Acquire new residential customer through subcontracting from maid services.
• Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
