Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Schulman Theatres is looking for an energetic leader for our Bastrop movie theatre and family entertainment center. We entertain Bastrop families with first run movies, 16 lanes of bowling, a redemption arcade, bar & grille, & billiards.
We are seeking experienced people to join our management team as assistant managers with the potential to be a General Manager in Bastrop or one of our future locations. Our assistant managers motivate and train staff, teach customer service fundamentals, and ensure a safe & positive experience for our guests and team members, and have their own area of responsibility within the organization.
A successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, strong leadership skills, maturity and good character. No degree or relevant experience is necessary, just a love of people, movies and family-oriented fun. Candidates must be drug free and willing to submit to a background check.
