Position Title: Automotive Showroom Coordinator
Position Description:
The Showroom Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls to Showroom:
- Making appointmentTaking messages for Sales Team
- Greeting Clients
- Welcome clients as they enter the showroom
- Professional attitude
- Answering any questions
- Directing clients to the appropriate Salesperson or location.
- Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
- Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
