SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Observes all safety regulations applicable to the environment in which they are conducting training. Encourages safe behaviors.
- Capable of creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly, and encouraging and motivating trainees.
- Implements training requirements. Communicates effectively through hands-on training. Documents results when required.
- Evaluates learning outcomes and report feedback to the Training Coordinator to assist in building a development plan.
- Familiar with various training techniques, use of company LMS, and proper procedures. Can navigate company database systems.
- Has a significant knowledge of how to run machinery and is able to conduct training for a variety of positions. May advance or refresh skills through the running of machines if necessary.
- Participates in On-Boarding and retention process.
- Participates in employee evaluations and IDPs.
- Uses skills to promote good cultural influences and longevity in the workforce. Adds support to leadership.
- Completion of all internal certifications for jobs in which they are expected to train.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet conditions, extreme cold, and heat The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
