Schwieters Companies is hiring a highly motivated full-time, Customer Service Warranty Coordinator to join our team to provide our builders and homeowners with a GREAT experience with warranty and service work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers
  • Respond to customer questions and requests
  • Provide knowledgeable and quality assistance to all customers
  • Work with Labor Supervisor to coordinate service times and dates
  • Schedule warranty & service work with existing customers
  • Complete open work order updates from builders
  • Work directly with our service techs on issues or questions
  • Enter material needed to complete the service
  • Respond, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries (overages, shortages, missing or damaged product)
  • Provide a variety of customer support services through email and phone
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Finish carpentry, construction, millwork and/or cabinet knowledge preferred
  • Experience with software, Agility and/or AutoCAD is a plus
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Office 365, specifically Excel
  • Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
  • Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Self-motivated, and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written communication, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Friday, (7am-4pm, 1 hour lunch)
  • Hybrid/Remote work available 2 days a week after training is complete
  • Location of job: 13925 Fenway Blvd. N., Hugo, MN 55038

COMPENSATION

  • $21-$25 per hr. depending on qualifications/experience
