Schwieters Companies is hiring a highly motivated full-time, Customer Service Warranty Coordinator to join our team to provide our builders and homeowners with a GREAT experience with warranty and service work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers
- Respond to customer questions and requests
- Provide knowledgeable and quality assistance to all customers
- Work with Labor Supervisor to coordinate service times and dates
- Schedule warranty & service work with existing customers
- Complete open work order updates from builders
- Work directly with our service techs on issues or questions
- Enter material needed to complete the service
- Respond, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries (overages, shortages, missing or damaged product)
- Provide a variety of customer support services through email and phone
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience required
- Finish carpentry, construction, millwork and/or cabinet knowledge preferred
- Experience with software, Agility and/or AutoCAD is a plus
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Office 365, specifically Excel
- Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
- Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Self-motivated, and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written communication, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday, (7am-4pm, 1 hour lunch)
- Hybrid/Remote work available 2 days a week after training is complete

COMPENSATION
- $21-$25 per hr. depending on qualifications/experience
