We are looking for a Shop Hand to join our team. The role involves cleaning our buildings as well as packing our products to ship to our customers. We are particularly interested in hiring an individual who has an industrial background, or who are otherwise confident and competent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Packing fragile products in boxes to be shipped to our customers free from damage.
- Creating packing labels and lining up delivery pickups for shipments.
- Maintaining fabricated parts stock inventory room.
- Maintaining raw material stock room.
- Assist in moving and handling materials and products utilizing hand carts, pallet jacks, and a forklift from different production areas.
- You will be required to maintain shop cleanliness, including but not limited to: sweeping floors; cleaning machines; cleaning restrooms; maintaining shop grounds (cutting grass & weed eating).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
