- Drive equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement and Lean / 6S initiatives
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience designing and improving industrial machinery
- Comfortable working in a regulated GMP environment
- Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Strong cross-functional project leadership skills
