What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with customer service team providing needed clerical services for the Floyd Simantel Clinic. Traveling to other agency clinics to provide temporary coverage may be necessary at certain times.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, and ability to utilize computers, transcription equipment and switchboards, and interactions with customers are required.
