SciTec is seeking a technical program manager for an agile software development program. The program manager is responsible for program cost, schedule and technical performance. Additionally, the program manager is the primary interface to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the current program and build relationships for future efforts.

SciTec is seeking a technical program manager for an agile software development program. The program manager is responsible for program cost, schedule and technical performance. Additionally, the program manager is the primary interface to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the current program and build relationships for future efforts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordination and management of all phases of program execution, from inception through completion
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of major program or subset of programs
- Coordinates the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, and financial terms/conditions of contract
- Primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers
- Keep both Customer and SciTec management aware of issues, risks, and accomplishments
- Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer
- Participate in TIMs, PMRs, IDRs and Sprint Demos with Customer
- Provide leadership support ensuring overall success of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
- A Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or business administration
- 10 years' industry experience with time managing Government Technical Software Programs
- Strong team-building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills
- Ability to interact, brief and develop positive relationships with both customer and company senior leadership
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, marketing knowledge, and literacy in the program management disciplines
- Detail oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) ground processing domain knowledge
- Experience leading programs with values greater than $100 million
- Experience with Agile principals (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban, etc.)
- Subcontractor management
- Business Development experience
- Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher
