The Direct Care Staff provides supervisory and hands-on support for consumers. Direct Care Staff employees may work for more than one consumer. Duties may vary from consumer to consumer and will be directed by the consumer and/or the Supervisor. Direct Care Staff employees are supervised by the Supervisor.
