We are seeking a dynamic team leader to join our team in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in multitasking quickly, team management, familiar with manager operations, and training development.
*Duties*
- Oversee daily operations in the coffee service establishment
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including training development
- Coordinate events and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise activities and ensure quality control
- Handle POS systems and maintain inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the coffee industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
