MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING
3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM & every other Friday 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
10% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
Seeking a Maintenance Technician ready to take their career to the next level by becoming an employee-owner. Be part of a Maintenance Team with a robust an effective Maintenance Program. Primary responsibilities include support of a safe work environment and practices, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the company’s manufacturing machines, equipment and facilities. The candidate should possess strong mechanical and hydraulic skills. Offering competitive pay and benefits package based on experience and skills.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge in 480V 3 phase power
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and preventative maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Detailed oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanic Technical Diploma, or successful completion of Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program (preferred)
- Able to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 60 feet.

Position requires working in production areas while forklifts, overhead cranes and related equipment is in use. On occasion while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to heat (air temperatures that reach over 100 degrees F). The employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions, in wet and/or humid conditions, or near fumes, airborne particles, and/or toxic or caustic chemicals. When in production noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Helpful experience includes plant maintenance, machine trouble shooting, experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, overhead cranes, preventative maintenance, electrical, strong mechanical aptitude, hand tools, etc.
