Scott Powerline is seeking to hire a full time Sales and Rental Administrator for its main office in Monroe, LA. We are a growing company with long term opportunities for advancement and growth. Job Description
- Process purchase orders related to hauling
- Maintain Excel worksheet tracking open purchase orders
- Process purchase orders and invoices related to hauling
- Maintain current insurance certificates for all customers and haulers
- Scan and upload data into the computer system
- Setup equipment invoices in the computer system
- Update monthly Excel sheets for customer rent to own balances
- Help answer phone and maintain call logs
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Some college or comparable work experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Must be PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
