Job description
Due to our continued growth Scratch Pizza is interviewing and hiring for a manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join our growing management team. We are looking for someone that has open availability and can work 40 hours per week.
The following experience is required:
· One year of pizza making experience
· Two plus years of restaurant management experience.
· Must have the stamina to work at least 35-45 hours per week
· Open availability. Will be working both swing and closing shifts (stores close at 9pm)
· Solid team player. Jump in whenever and wherever needed.
· Completing administrative task ie counting tills, completing basic checklists.
· Creating and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
· Ensuring compliance with all security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Maintaining cost controls and contributing to the sales/profit goals
· Following all pars and recipes. Utilizing problem solving to adjust when necessary.
· Must have current restaurant experience.
· No more than two jobs in the past three years.
