Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Childcare experience preferred

We are looking for a Teacher Assistant to join our team and provide support to our teachers in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma / Equivalent
- Must be reliable.
- Must be available between Monday - Friday between hours of 7am - 5:30pm
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to engage in physical exercise with children (walking, running, crawling, bending, twisting).
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Experience in a childcare setting is preferred but will train the right person.
- Must pass Comprehensive Background Check.
- Must pass DCYF CANTS check.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom with activities.
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment.
- Comfortable working with children 6 weeks - 5 years
- Comfortable changing diapers / potty Time
- Assist with feeding infants / toddler
Job Type: Full-time
