DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE

Schedule:

Your work schedule is currently full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. This is a remote position with potential for in-person work in the future, offering a flexible and dynamic work environment!

Day-to-Day:

As our Office Admin - Scheduling Assistant, you play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient pest and wildlife control. You'll be the point of contact for clients, handling texts, emails, and phone calls with finesse. Your responsibilities also include managing collections in accordance with company policies. Join our team and experience a fulfilling workday, contributing to a safer, pest-free community.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to learn our scheduling software
  • Comfortable talking on the phone
  • Reliable internet

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work well independently. Having customer service, office, and collections experience is a plus!
