The Consumer Insight Analyst supports the objectives of the marketing team and organization through reliable analysis of data and preparation of reports that demonstrate the success of marketing campaigns including marketing return on investment (ROI). Responsibilities also include market research initiatives such as the management and execution of internal customer and community customer insight panels to support marketing and operational decisions. Must be able to effectively interpret data and clearly communicate information and insights with internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position located in San Diego.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in market research and analytics
- Five plus years of previous experience working with sensitive data including in health care, banking and/or biotech industries.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative customer research, including surveys, panels, focus groups, conjoint analysis, and other best-practice methodologies.
- Track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Experience with platforms such as customer relationship management.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio, survey tools such as Qualtrics, Google 360.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- MBA preferred.
