Job Description:

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for engaging with Scrub-A-Dub patrons and building trusting relationships. By providing outstanding service with an outgoing attitude, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience.

What to Expect
- Promptly greet customers with a friendly and sincere approach
- Directly interact with customers to educate them on the products and services we offer and make recommendations
- Process transactions and Point-Of-Sale(POS)/cashier-related tasks
- Manage traffic flow and guide cars onto the wash conveyor with focus and competence
- Maintain the physical appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the premises
- Learn new processes and procedures by becoming proficient regarding all policies and best practices, including personal appearance expectations

- Be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Reliable attendance
- Capable to operate a computer
