Dakota State University is seeking applications for a part-time, non-benefit eligible Facility Worker to work 15-19 hours per week. The position is responsible for the custodial care and minor maintenance at the Community Center. The position will work Friday thru Sunday with a negotiable start time between 10pm and 1am.Responsibilities:Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and shampooing carpets.Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms.Collect and remove trash from building.Dust and wash walls, woodwork, and windows.Remove snow from steps and sidewalks near buildings.Successful candidate must be able to:Follow written and oral instructions.Operate required equipment.Work with students, staff, and the public courteously.Work independently.Lift 50 pounds.Maintain a valid driver’s license.How to Apply:DSU accepts applications through an on-line employment site.
