Job Details:
Your goal as a Physical Therapist is to maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels. You'll be a part of a progressive practice providing superior physical therapy care to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
DUTIES
- Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
- Administer physical therapy treatment consistent with the established plan of care
- Addressing patient concerns and educating them on their injury, and progress
- Write timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, and progress notes
QUALIFICATIONS
· Licensed Physical Therapist in the state, or license eligible
· 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, New DPT grads are welcome to apply!
· Interest in working with a progressive team of enthusiastic clinicians
