Maintenance Tech Supervisor
Daily Responsibilities:
- Must meet all SEIDS’s AA Technician requirements
- Full knowledge of air brakes, truck repairs, electrical systems, hydraulics, trailer body work, landing gear assembly, wheels, tires, welding, and fabrication
- Supervise associates too ensure all maintenance processes and operations are followed
- Implement maintenance procedures under guidance of Manager and conduct regular team training
- Assist manager in conducting regular facility inspection
- Work with contractors and service providers
- Ensure associates follow safety policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in shop managers absence
- Monitor equipment and part inventory, ensuring availability to complete projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the maintenance field
- Ability to train and supervise mechanic staff
- Strong knowledge of equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solver and team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
