Full Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains the proper care for equipment
- Pressure washes concrete every month
- Changes light bulbs as needed
- Repair door locks and all doors
- Repair wall paper and/ or paint
- Install items
- Clean a/c units and vents
- Monitors all remotes for working batteries
- Cleans and ensures all ice machines are working
- Clean pool and pool cell
- Log boiler temps
- Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
- Aligns with the "Yes I Can" service culture
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Qualifications and Skills * GED or high school diploma preferred
- Experience preferred
- Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
- Sheetrock experience a plus
- Works well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and follow instructions thoroughly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proper lifting techniques
- Ability to work under variable temperature conditions, prolonged heat
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, pushing or pulling objects up to 100 pounds
