What you'll bring to the team

Qualifications & Experience

Minor Technical Maintenance:

• Perform minor mechanical, electrical, and HVAC tasks PM, and repairs, including but not limited to light bulb replacement, outlet testing, and filter changes, and critical routine inspections

Life Support System Maintenance:

• Receive supervised training in maintaining crucial life support systems, ensuring the safety and well-being of our facility's inhabitants.
• Keep meticulous records in daily logs to track maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations.

Custodial Responsibilities:

• Execute custodial duties with precision and attention to detail, including sweeping, mopping, and general clean-up tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our acrylic tunnel to provide visitors with a positive and memorable experience.
• Manage garbage disposal duties efficiently and responsibly.
• Perform spot cleaning and other custodial tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
