Compliance Associate

Compliance Job Summary

Performs daily functions associated with reviewing customer purchase orders, drawings and customer requirements to ensure information entered is correct.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review orders entered in company ERP to see the order meets the requirements of the customer purchase order, drawings and customer requirements.
• Have a general knowledge of drawings and specifications.
• Maintain organizational file structure of sales orders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Able to type accurately and reasonable paced.
• Organized, efficient and accurate in the order entry process.
• Responsive to the needs of the organization’s service level, sales and warehouse expectations.

Physical Requirements

• This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. 
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
