Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch all work orders to field personnel.
- Coordinate and receive work orders in such a manner that meets both priority and Biosecurity needs of the farm to personnel.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback/communication on work orders and information to management on a routine basis.
- Enter all daily work orders, work logs and purchase orders.
- Organize and file all daily data entry paperwork by site and/or field personnel and generate assigned daily and/or weekly reports.
- Generate daily/weekly reports and distribute.
- Receive Invoices.
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three years previous accounting, clerical, and/or administrative experience.
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates and the general public.
