Special Education Case Manager (7th & 8th grade)

Seacoast Charter School, a K-8 art integration charter school, is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and enthusiastic case manager for students in grades 7/8 beginning immediately. This candidate will be certified in Special Education, have experience/understanding of special education teaching responsibilities, possess a collaborative approach to work, and have the ability to positively connect with and help students and families in our school community. Provide special education services for students in grades 7/8 Serve on the special education team and participate in IEP meetings Attends scheduled school, staff and goal setting conferences Collaborate with the Head of School and staff with special education students Create schedule for special education students on your caseload Assist classroom teachers on modification and support for special education services Schedule assistant hours, per IEP Communicate with sending Districts and families regarding special education If interested, please send a cover letter, resume and 3 current letters of recommendation to employment@seacoastcharterschool.org We look forward to meeting you!
