We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
First shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
*$1,000 Sign-On bonus!*

Responsibilities:
- Arrives to work on time, as scheduled, and follows the company attendance policy
- Removes manufacturing waste from production areas
- Loads and operates the waste compactor; arranges for pickup
- Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
- Performs seasonal tasks such as exit/walkway snow and leaf removal to ensure safety
- Constructs custom skids/crates for shipping product
- Performs or assists in building and grounds repairs and upkeep
- Assists in machine repairs as needed
- Assists production team as needed
- Follows maintenance task list daily for assigned duties and records completion
- Performs other maintenance or production related duties as needed
- Observes safety and security procedures
Requirements:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:
Experience: Forklift experience
Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Basic computer skills, demonstrated experience working safely with hand and power tools such as saws and drills, ability to climb ladders, bend and reach
