Main Responsibilities of a Cook:
- Cooking on the line, including: Pantry, Grill, Saute & Fryer
- Prepping recipes from scratch
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Must have prior experience as a cook.

We are "scratch" kitchen; making all of our own soups, sauces, dressings, etc.
We have 24 Taps focusing on Michigan & European Craft Beers. We offer over 100 Irish Whiskeys, Bourbons & Single Malt Scotches.
