Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities? Join our team as a CNA / DSP and help create meaningful experiences for individuals in our Supported Living Program !

Schedules (Full-Time) :

  • 1st Shift- Monday-Friday 8a.m.-4p.m.
  • 2nd Shift- Saturday, Sunday 9 : 30a.m.-9 : 30p.m. Monday, Friday 3 : 30p.m.-11 : 30p.m.
  • 3rd Shift- (Weekday) Monday-Thursday 11p.m.-9a.m. (Weekend) Friday 5p.m.-9a.m. Saturday, Sunday 9p.m.-9a.m.

Salary : $20.75 / HR

Locations : Mount Prospect, Skokie, and Morton Grove (IL)

Responsibilities :

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, meals, etc.).
  • Support participants in planning and engaging in community activities.
  • Provide encouragement, companionship, and personal care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
  • Help with medication and keep necessary documentation.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CNA Certification (or relevant experience as a DSP)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, etc.)
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (training provided!)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
