Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities? Join our team as a CNA / DSP and help create meaningful experiences for individuals in our Supported Living Program !
Locations : Mount Prospect, Skokie, and Morton Grove (IL)
Responsibilities :
Assist individuals with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, meals, etc.).
Support participants in planning and engaging in community activities.
Provide encouragement, companionship, and personal care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
Help with medication and keep necessary documentation.
Minimum Requirements :
CNA Certification (or relevant experience as a DSP)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, etc.)
CPR & First Aid Certification (training provided!)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
