The Opportunity
We’re a growing residential real estate company headquartered in Atlanta, operating across the Southeast. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an HR Manager to build, guide, and strengthen our people practices while helping maintain a culture where employees feel supported, valued, and engaged.
This is a hybrid role, with a modern office located near Braves Stadium. You’ll serve as the internal face of HR while partnering with an external HR consulting group to deliver best-in-class people operations. What You’ll Do
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals
- Help design and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a positive, inclusive, family-friendly workplace culture
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives
Talent & Recruiting
- Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Advise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters
- Coach managers on performance issues and handle workplace concerns or investigations
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, disability, PTO), and HRIS records
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- Support payroll accuracy through timekeeping and reporting coordination
Training & Development
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives
- Review exit feedback and identify opportunities to improve retention
HR Analytics
- Track people metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making
- Use insights to improve morale, productivity, and long-term retention
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience (real estate or property management a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Salary up to $140 K Plus Bonus
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
