Actively seeking Benefits Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position is great for a candidate who has Law Firm or Professional Services Benefits experience, with additional experience working with ACA (Affordable Care Act).

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Downtown Cleveland
PAY: $65 - $80K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)
BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 5 Years of Benefits related Experience REQUIRED
- Experience working with ACA (Affordable Care Act)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS Systems, including UKG a PLUS; Benefits Admin (PlanSource) is a PLUS

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process enrollments and annual updates into the HRIS including enrollments and changes
- Notify payroll of premium deduction requirements.
- Complete all activities related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
- Reconcile accounts and pay monthly premiums for Health, Dental, Vision, group life
- Communicate with professional and support staff as well as insurance carriers
- Perform daily audit of the Benefit Administration system within HRIS
- Answer questions regarding Health, Dental, Vision, LTC, group life including AD&D, VAIP, GUL, GVUL, and long-term disability benefits.
- Coordinate LTD claims with carriers and communicate claim requirements with claimants
- Update new hire benefit orientations and conduct said orientations
- Other duties as requested and assigned.
