What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Part-Time Evenings and Weekends position at Seashore Gardens?
We are looking for a reliable part-time Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks of the interior and exterior of Seashore Gardens Living Center, located in Galloway, NJ. We will rely on you to help keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. For the most part the duties will involve sheetrock, spackle, and painting. No technical skills are needed.
Responsibilities/Basic Skills:
- Changing light bulbs.
- Wiping off light grilles
- Must be able to use cordless drill
- Snow shoveling and salting as needed
- Install toilet seats and other toilet new parts that go along
- Learn to set a thermostat as needed
