I’m recruiting for a Premium Networking Support Specialist role with a well-established global tech company east of Seattle focused on enterprise IT storage and networking.
This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days per week) offering an $80K base salary, annual bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and clear opportunities for growth into more advanced technical paths. What they’re targeting:
• IT Support or IT Admin experience (small–mid sized environments ideal)
• Strong networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing/switching fundamentals
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Linux & Windows (performance, logs, recovery)
• Experience with backups, software troubleshooting, and system deployments/migrations
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both end users and IT leaders
• Comfortable in SLA-driven environments with strong written/verbal communication
Role involves:
• Escalated enterprise support across storage, networking, Linux/Windows
• Deep-dive troubleshooting, clear customer communication, precise case documentation
• Collaborating with global teams to resolve complex issues
• Participating in an on-call rotation for priority incidents
• Contributing to KB/SOP improvements with engineering & product teams
